TrueFrame Inspections and Reports
TrueFrame inspections are performed on vehicles with an accident history. The comprehensive inspection identifies vehicles that meet our Structural Standards. Motor vehicles that meet our standards qualify to receive a TrueFrame Report. In addition, TrueFrame technicians will attempt to identify prior repairs or existing damage to structural and/or cosmetic exterior body parts. TrueFrame reports reflect the results of an in-person vehicle inspection by a TrueFrame certified technician on the inspection date listed on the report. Please be aware that any modification made to the vehicle after the inspection date (including subsequent damage, repairs, or other modifications) will not be reflected on this report, as the report is a snapshot of the vehicle’s cosmetic and structural condition as of the inspection date listed on the report. A TrueFrame inspection and report does not include an evaluation of a vehicle’s mechanical or interior condition, and in no way guarantees the safety of a vehicle or that any and all prior repairs or existing damage will be identified.
If a vehicle meets TrueFrame’s Structural Standards and qualifies to receive a TrueFrame Report, and the frame/unibody measurements included in the TrueFrame report are incorrect by more than 5 millimeters on any one measurement, TrueFrame will provide a refund of your purchase price of the vehicle (not to exceed 100% of the current NADA clean retail value). In the event of such a refund, you will be required to transfer ownership of the vehicle and the vehicle itself to TrueFrame or its designated agent. This TrueFrame Guarantee is valid for 60 days from the date of the TrueFrame inspection. If you do not notify TrueFrame of your claim within 60 days following the inspection date listed on the TrueFrame report, TrueFrame will have no obligations under this Guarantee to you. If a vehicle is damaged or modified after the date of the TrueFrame inspection, the TrueFrame Guarantee is completely null and void.
The TrueFrame Guarantee applies only to the frame or unibody measurements in the TrueFrame report. The Guarantee does not apply to any other information provided in the TrueFrame report, including identification of paint work, replaced body parts, whether a body part was replaced with an OEM or aftermarket part, or any other aspect of the vehicle besides the frame or unibody measurements provided on the TrueFrame report. A TrueFrame inspection and report does not include an evaluation of a vehicle’s mechanical or interior condition, and in no way guarantees the safety of a vehicle or that any and all prior repairs or existing damage will be identified in the report.
